By accessing and using Fetch, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Fetch for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Prohibited Content

Violation Consequences: Any account found creating links to prohibited content will be immediately suspended or terminated without notice. We reserve the right to report malicious activity to relevant authorities.

4. Service Plans

Silver Plan (Free)

• Unlimited URL shortening
• Basic click analytics
• Maximum 10 custom notes
• Public statistics
• Dashboard access

Gold Plan ($8.99/month)

• All Silver features
• Unlimited custom notes
• Custom branded short URLs
• Advanced analytics & insights
• Private statistics
• API access
• Priority support

5. Subscription & Billing

Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions (Gold and Platinum plans) automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via PayPal and major credit/debit cards processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, your account will be downgraded to the free Silver plan. Your data will be preserved for 30 days.

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you shorten through our service
• You must not use the service for any illegal purposes
• You must not attempt to bypass our security measures
• You must keep your account credentials secure
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Content Monitoring

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor shortened URLs for compliance with these terms
• Remove or disable any links that violate our policies
• Scan links using automated security tools
• Report malicious content to security organizations and law enforcement

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". Fetch makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitations

In no event shall Fetch or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

10. Privacy

Your use of Fetch is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. By using this service, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms.
